A Meditation of Deconstriction – Kristen

I’m going to ask you a very important question, but first I need to ask you to please be honest –
Can you do that?
Great – here we go…
What are you constricted about right now?
Remember, you’re being honest…
Now, why are you constricted about it?
What negative, lack filled, conclusions have you drawn about it?
How do you negatively define yourself because of it?
Okay — all of that, all of those answers, those are in your head…
I want you to reconnect with your intuition – your instinct — your gut and your heart…
So, in this constricted state, feel the answer to this question…
Where do you feel the constriction?
Seriously, where in your body do you feel it?
What does it feel like? Does is feel tight or clenched?
Now, scan your body for a place that feels open and free.
It can be anywhere in your body — it can be the tiniest spot…
Once you discover it, how does it feel? Does it feel light and free?
Breathe into that spot
Focus on it growing and expanding through the rest of your body
Filling you with light
Flooding you with a feeling of ease and flexibility
Feel the light surround your tight and constricted area
Surround it almost like a hug so that it wraps around it
Slowly shrinking it
More
and More
until it is all light
feel how good that feels to be open and free and light
feel the expansion
breathe into it
and breathe
and breathe
And as you breathe repeat this…
“I am light, I am ease, I am flow — magnificent abundance flows to me even when I don’t see it — I am willing to listen for the voice of my intuition and allow that abundance to manifest in my life for the highest good of myself and all involved — and so it is”
Use this whenever you start to feel constricted — constriction is just a sign that you have shifted out of your intuition and into your head and this simple energy shift exercise returns you to your natural intuition and flow.
